Shayna is great! She’s always personable and easy to talk to, but more importantly, she really listens to what I want and takes the time to make sure we’re on the same page before getting started. I thought I called to make an appointment at this location on Lincoln only to realize I had actually called and booked at the Union Station location 😂 I showed up to the one here on Lincoln, they were so chill and accommodating and were able to get me in super fast while reaching out to the other location to cancel for me!
