The final result exceeded my expectations—my lashes look full, natural, and perfectly shaped for my eyes. It’s been a few days, and they’re still holding up beautifully with no irritation or fallout. “Update: Obviously we have to wait for his hair to grow back, but the owner did call me today to make it right. She refunded our card and invited us back for a redo once his hair grows back out. She was polite, kind and professional. I look forward to going back in 8-10 weeks and giving an additional update at that time. Hopefully to 5 stars with a great haircut for our little man.
We brought him in to get a haircut for his second birthday. This is our second haircut we’ve gotten with Sharkeys. The first one, the lady listened and barely took any off the top as we like it long. This is the hair we came in with, the haircut we requested being long on top and now here we are… super short. Super not what we wanted and super disappointed since his birthday party is this weekend. It’s choppy, not even, and to “correct” that will just be to make it shorter and worse. Won’t be going here again and would no longer recommend especially to pay almost $40 for it to be messed up. So thanks to the lady who cut his hair for our appt today 04/25 at 4:40pm.“

“This is the only place Ive ever taken my two year old to for his haircuts. The staff are all very welcoming, patient, and do a great job despite any wiggling. The first time he was nervous, but being able to sit in their cool hair cutting “car” was intriguing for him. At the end, they offer plenty of praise, treats, and a pick of toy from their Treasure Chest. Now he looks forward to his haircuts every-time, and has gotten really good at sitting super still.“
