“As a curly haired queen, I've always been skeptical of getting hair cuts so I just avoided them for years. My hair was dead at the ends and I knew it was time but was so tired of not getting the result I wanted or paying money for something that looks no different at all. Erik is an incredible person who really listened to what I cared about and delivered the best haircut ice ever gotten. It didn't just look good as I stepped out of the salon, I still get compliments daily because it's returned to a very bouncy and glamourous state. They taught me how to style it during the appointment and it changed my LIFE. I thought the longer the better but I know see the importance of taking off all the dead stuff and it was worth it. I don't regret it at all because it just looks so much better whereas I thought id miss the length a little bit. Already made a follow up appointment which I never do, don't ever want to go anywhere else again. Thank you!!!“

“This review is difficult for me. I had an amazing haircut. Every time I come to this Great clips I get an amazing haircut. But the "manager", says her name is Yung, is a terrible person. She is rude to every single person that she speaks to. Then says she does not care. She put her hands on my child and pushed him away from the blinds instead of asking him not to touch them. She was extremely rude to the other customers that were in the store looked down on her employees and talked to them like they were beneath her. I would never I repeat. Never let her touch a hair on my head and you couldn't pay me enough money to work underneath her. This woman and her attitude will end up causing this location a lot of customers to walk out. I would love to come back here but definitely not when she is working. I would suggest you find a different manager. Everyone that was in the store today was complaining about her. When I asked her about it, she called my kids liars. Extremely unprofessional!“
