“I reached out to Dawn practically in tears after I had bad extension install from someone else. Dawn was thoughtful, listened, researched. She used her entire day off to help me! We had to take out all my extensions, rearrange them around my thinning hair and then dye them. Dawn was amazing . This was not an easy task. Trying to fix something someone else did never is! She was patient, listened and was beyond gentle. The moment I left I felt like myself again and instantly elevated my mood. My husband immediately noticed my hair (just goes to show you how bad they had looked previously) and was thrilled with what Dawn did as well. “Perfect” he exclaimed about my hair while we sat at a wine bar on a Wednesday night! He was so happy that I was happy we went out! We never do that on a Wednesday! I’m so lucky to have found Dawn. She’s is skilled !!!!!!
