“We had a discount offer that we thought looked good, first man who cleaned three rooms looked like he was having problems with his equipment. When he left we could see that the carpet was very dirty and totally not acceptable. No Problem, Pro Steam sent out Daniel and he did a 100% great job with equipment that we recognized as superior. Pro Steam was very accommodating and we had no problem at all getting the re-do at no extra charge or any kind of arguing. We will not hesitate in calling Pro Steam again and will ask for Daniel if he is still working there. It is really great when you feel you are getting the service that you expected to get.“

Because the basement floor wasconcrete the carpet stretched and Kevin was ablecut the carpet and seam it together. The carpethas been smooth since then. ?up for the goodwork Kevin did with the stretching issue.Using Chem Dry is a bit more expensive than othercleaning services , but we’ll worth the cost!!!!! “I noticed an area on my living room ceiling that looked like it could maybe be signs of water damage. I immediately researched water damage restoration and inspection techs and was lucky to find Kent Campbell. He came over the same day I called him and measured the moisture in my ceiling and the walls in the rooms above it. He told me there was no indication of any moisture and my levels were normal. He explained the area I pointed to looked as if (when my place was built 2 years ago) it had been painted over too quickly after being spackled. I was very relieved to hear this. He then checked all my bathrooms (which he did not have to do) and adjusted my toilets for me. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Kent Campbell!!!!“

“I have used Bob Rundo Tree Surgeon for 25 years to fertilize my trees, spray against a pine beetle infestation, and to prune my trees. Most recently, I used them for extensive tree trimming.I am writing this review to commend two deserving employees, Zac Burke and Jacob Gill. Before meeting Zac and Jacob, I was apprehensive that two careless workers would come, indiscriminately hack at my trees to trim them, and then leave a mess. I could not have been more wrong!Before doing any work, they took time to discuss the trimming work to be done—which I really appreciated!! Both men were articulate and spoke English—which I also appreciated!Zac and Jacob worked safely and carefully. They were careful in how they brought down branches. They were careful not to damage my nearby fence. They tiptoed around seven perennial flowers that were planted near the base of the tree. Not one plant was damaged.Zac and Jacob went above and beyond to get dead branches cleared out of my trees. They truly went the extra mile!! They noticed two diseased branches that I had not seen. One branch was so compromised that there was a twenty-inch gash where light showed through it. I was relieved that they spotted it and took it down.I was also impressed by their teamwork. They helped each other every step of the process. They had positive, cheerful attitudes and I never heard bad language or complaining. They were a great team!!At the end, I was also grateful how thoroughly they cleaned up the branches and debris. My yard looked tidy and the street area where they chipped the wood was swept clean.I cannot say enough good things about Zac and Jacob!! This company can be very proud of them!! They are a terrific asset and wonderful workers.“
