“After years of using Stanley Steamer and just not feeling like we were getting a good quality clean I came across Chem-Dry Colorado Springs. I was hoping for a thorough carpet cleaning along with the pet stain treatment. The results were amazing and surpassed any prior professional carpet cleaning we have had done. On my initial call I was given very clear expectations of what could be provided. The pricing was very straight forward. Our tech arrived on time and we had text updates leading up to our appointment. Scott was our tech and he explained everything to my husband prior to beginning. He did a phenomenal job and took his time applying the pet and stain treatments. Prior companies would be in and out in less than 30 minutes and I just never felt like we were getting our monies worth. The high traffic areas never really looked like they were cleaned. After Chem-Drys cleaning you can’t even see the wear from the high traffic areas. If you have pets paying for the additional pet treatment is worth it. The cleaning process was so much better than regular steam cleaning. We will definitely be using Chem-Dry in the future for ongoing carpet cleaning.“

“We had a roommate move out recently who owns an elderly cat. Cats can be very stinky as we all know. While calling local businesses this one really stuck out because Fin gave me free advice on how to help minimize the smell myself - wipe down the baseboards with hydrogen peroxide. They were a little more money than some of the other quotes I got but I had more confidence in them from the simple conversation I had with the person who answered the phone. They came and cleaned once (this was after my roommate already did the carpet twice with a rented rug doctor and pet odor products), but the smell was back after a day or two. They returned and sprayed the carpet again with a microbial product and raked it into the carpet - no questions asked and no extra charge. They have also checked back on our satisfaction and told us not to hesitate to reach back out if that didn’t do it. Very happy with the service and customer service. Will recommend to others!“

“My wife and I routinely check on my in-law's house when they're away, and around 7pm one night found the main water pipe jetting out at least 6 feet sideways where the main enters the home ahead of any valve. Colorado Plumbing & Utilities (another great company!) responded rapidly to turn off the main valve at the curb, and repaired the broken transition connection on the water pipe. About 30% of the basement was flooded despite a floor drain right next to the pipe. Even before the water was shut off, my wife contacted All Phase Restoration. Ray and Nathan quickly arrived that night, inspected the flooding, and immediately began water extraction. When most of the water was extracted, they set up dehumidifiers and blowers. Anthony arrived the next day to check mitigation progress. He recommended the saturated carpet pad be removed to prevent mold growth, and set up additional blowers and dryers. As a result of APR's excellent response and work, the carpet dried completely fine with zero mold or mildew, and none of the drywall required replacement. I hope it never floods in my own home, but if it ever happens, APR will be my first call.“
