When he left we could see that the carpet was very dirty and totally not acceptable. No Problem, Pro Steam sent out Daniel and he did a 100% great job with equipment that we recognized as superior. Pro Steam was very accommodating and we had no problem at all getting the re-do at no extra charge or any kind of arguing.
