Bee-kleen cannot guarantee getting pet odors completely out, but they were very thorough and even came back for a second re-service on the odor spots. Andries used a strong enzyme and massage technique to help combat the odors. Carpets look nice and clean. Great communication, and customer service. Would recommend!“

Would give 5 stars but they didn't replace the drain plug on my washer (which had to be moved for the dryer vent) nor did they re-attach the vent pipe on my dryer - you can imagine the mess I had to clean up after running my first load of laundry.“

Our tech arrived on time and we had text updates leading up to our appointment. Scott was our tech and he explained everything to my husband prior to beginning. Prior companies would be in and out in less than 30 minutes and I just never felt like we were getting our monies worth. The high traffic areas never really looked like they were cleaned. After Chem-Drys cleaning you can’t even see the wear from the high traffic areas. If you have pets paying for the additional pet treatment is worth it. They were a little more money than some of the other quotes I got but I had more confidence in them from the simple conversation I had with the person who answered the phone. They came and cleaned once (this was after my roommate already did the carpet twice with a rented rug doctor and pet odor products), but the smell was back after a day or two. They returned and sprayed the carpet again with a microbial product and raked it into the carpet - no questions asked and no extra charge. They have also checked back on our satisfaction and told us not to hesitate to reach back out if that didn’t do it. Very happy with the service and customer service. Will recommend to others!“
