The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest. If you're caught in an emergency with a failed appliance Waadt is sure to make the process quick and easy. They helped us on short notice and went out of their way to help us chase down a part. We just hired them again when our Samsung washer had a leak. I called and was thrilled that a technician was available within a few hours to come out and stop the leak. And he was familiar with our issue and knew exactly what to do. DG ordered the part we needed and had our washer back up and running in less than 3 days. We will definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to!“
