I’m not sure why people are downvoting this place because of the scheduling. Urgent Care isn’t open 24 hours. They can only take so many patients during their hours of operation. So of course they will have to start turning people away once they reach capacity just like any other business. The waiting room may look “empty” but that’s just because they give you an appointment time when you register and you can leave and come back. “Urgent Care” doesn’t mean “instant care”. You may have to wait several hours depending on how busy they are. And this is a really busy location.

Kaiser Permanente helped my grandma survive, when she had pneumonia, the doctors or whoever helped her, atleast for longer before she passed away, thanks to you guys, I saw my grandma for longer.
