The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable, with efficient service that meets patients' needs within a short timeframe.
I’m not sure why people are downvoting this place because of the scheduling. Urgent Care isn’t open 24 hours. They can only take so many patients during their hours of operation. So of course they will have to start turning people away once they reach capacity just like any other business. The waiting room may look “empty” but that’s just because they give you an appointment time when you register and you can leave and come back. “Urgent Care” doesn’t mean “instant care”. You may have to wait several hours depending on how busy they are. And this is a really busy location.
