“It's been awhile since my last review of Dr. Fox so a quick update. Dr. Fox took care of both my older cats until the very end. Sadly last September he had to come over to help my girl cross over the Rainbow Bridge. This month he did the same for my boy. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Fox. He is such a kind and talented man. He cares about both your pets and their families. I can not recommend him enough!“

“I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they’ve always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!“

“Fortunate to have this vet urgent care in Santa Monica. I was able to walk in Sunday morning when my dog had an ear infection. The staff & vet Dr. Hinchey were kind and caring. Medical treatment was comprehensive and reasonable priced (for the area). I really felt good leaving, knowing that my dog was well taken care of, treatment plan in place with a follow up scheduled.
I’ve been here a few times for urgent care over the years, as well as some other ER vets in the area, Dr. Hinchey is a gem!“

“I usually end up waiting a very long time past my appointment time before my pet is seen. And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.“

“Dr.Kent and her two vet assistants, came to my apartment, ON TIME! IN UNIFORM! They took care of my cat's eye infection, and were so incredibly professional and caring, i would highly recommend them to anyone. I didn't have to wait in line, and in los angeles, when you show up on time, it's a miracle!!!!

“The office is run so efficiently that the wait time is minimal. Everyone is courteous and professional. The star is of course Dr. Sharp. He is extremely good at what he does, and never try to sell me unnecessary procedures and meds. When my cat's previous doctor gave up on him, Dr. Sharp saved his life, at a fraction of what I paid the previous vet and the emergency hospital. He has earned my trust and respect. With several of my dogs. She has done an amazing job And her staff is very warm and friendly. Both my dogs are currently 16 years old and doing well and if they have an issue, she always gets them in as needed. Her facility is clean and they always explain things very clearly. My cat has had a large lump on his arm for some time, and I came in feeling very anxious and worried. The staff took the time to examine him thoroughly and explained everything clearly and honestly. They reassured me that he is otherwise healthy and that the lump can be removed through a cosmetic surgery if we choose to move forward, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

When my cat became stressed and reactive during the visit, the team handled it with patience and compassion. Instead of forcing anything, they adjusted the plan and provided medication to help him relax for his next appointment so blood work can be done safely and calmly. I really appreciated that they prioritized his comfort and well-being.

The estimates for blood work and surgery were clear, reasonable, and far more manageable than I expected, which was a huge relief. I never felt judged or rushed; just supported and listened to.
