“I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they’ve always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!“

“It's been awhile since my last review of Dr. Fox so a quick update. Dr. Fox took care of both my older cats until the very end. Sadly last September he had to come over to help my girl cross over the Rainbow Bridge. This month he did the same for my boy. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Fox. He is such a kind and talented man. He cares about both your pets and their families. I can not recommend him enough!“

And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.“

“Nothing could ever prepare me for the day I lost my soul pet. Hearts & Halos supported us immediately because of how quickly my baby’s health declined. I can’t believe I can look back on the day I let her go and say the process was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Denise Osborne and her assistant showed up with such compassion. “After having my two cats for a long time at a particular vet (not Center Sinai) I was beginning to experience issues where after having a visit or running tests I could never get a vet or anyone to walk through with me the details of lab results that were not normal or other physical situations the cats were experiencing. Additionally the prices for every service seemed to be going sky high. Every solution to an issue was some expensive test or screening that were the price of a good used car. A friend of mine suggested Center Sinai and I brought my two cats there for an introductory general checkup, rerun lab results, xray one cat's hip etc. The vet was incredibly informative and took the time to walk through everything with me. The xray showed some arthritis and a shot was given that has vastly improved my cat's pain level and quality of life. A non-general anesthesia teeth cleaning was recommended for one of the cats which I never knew existed (my former vet would only do the anesthesia one which among other things stresses the pet and cost thousands of dollars). One cats abnormal lab results from the former vet were reviewed and deemed not alarming (the former vet assistant told me the vet considered them alarming and said a sonogram costing thousands would need to be done) re-ran the lab and everything was normal. I am extremely happy to have found a caring, fair and informative vet for my cats and am relieved to be done with a vet I felt I could no longer trust.“

When you first walk in, you feel welcomed and everyone seems so happy to work there. They treat all the animals with respect and care. They have a waiting area inside and outside as well, which I think is great for our nervous furry friends.
The wait time is a little high, but it is so worth it. They are literally focusing on every single animal and making sure they get the best service. So, of course, it will take some time. They do their best to take in as many appointments as possible so there is no walk-in availability.
But if you call on the same day the moment they open, they might just let you in for a same day appointment. It's not a guarantee, though.

They accept care credit, and if eligible, sunbit. I think it is amazing because not many vets have options for payment plans besides care credit.
I think options like these are great for people like me who have more than 1 furry friend.

I really suggest giving them a try. They really won't disappoint. They are super open about their prices, which honestly are not even remotely close to high. And the best part is they don't try to over sell!
