Came here today, 2026-01-13, and had a really positive experience. My Chihuahua had a broken nail, and the staff here were incredibly friendly and professional. Zero wait on a weekday afternoon.

I've taken my GSD/husky twice to VCA Urgent Care in the past year or so. The appointment process is a little different than a typical office, in that one accesses a virtual waiting room online in order to submit a cell phone number before receiving an estimate of when to arrive at the office. As far as my experience with the office and all its staff: it was excellent. My dog and I arrived when it opened at 10am and were met by a friendly staffer who showed us to a room. We interacted with about 5 techs, staffers, and Dr. Corlevic during our appt. All were professional and took time to work with my senior (and sometimes ornery) dog.
