The vet expertly and accurately diagnosed our injured, limping cat, then simply explained the diagnosis and recovery, offered options for medication, and did not overcharge us. The visit was that easy, simple, effective, and reasonably priced. The experience was such a relief and peace of mind! We will definitely come back here often for its veterinarian services.
cannot thank Tiffany at VCA Animal Hospital Urgent Care on Venice Boulevard enough. I walked in today with an emergency eye infection for my dog, and the clinic was incredibly short-staffed—Tiffany was working with just one other person and completely backed up. Despite being under so much pressure, she took the time to talk to me and thoroughly explain my dog’s situation.She went completely above and beyond by helping me get set up on the virtual waiting room scanner. Truly lucky to have this place close by. I love the doctors I have encountered here so much. All staff have been kind and friendly. The place itself is clean and welcoming and my animals feel very at ease when we do need to come in. They have saved us the last few times. I have two pure-bred Maine Coons and they are a lot of work!
