If I could give them 10 stars I would! We've never had a better experience at any urgent care or ER, and I wish they could be our dogs' primary vet. Our two small dogs were unfortunately in the car during a freeway accident, and the team went above and beyond. One had some internal bleeding, the other a tail sprain injury, and they took such amazing care of them. Dr. Thompson and Dr Linney took the time to sit with us and thoroughly walk us through every detail, we can't express how much we appreciate their time and incredible care. Love loved it here they were able to figure out what was wrong with my cat he wasn’t able to poop for two days was debating on taking him all the way to Pasadena but no instead I took him here they check him and they figured out what was wrong With him I wanna thank the veterinary doctor here at this location for helping him and he finally pooped yesterday in the night and today in the morning too thank you to the people here at this clinic who helped me i had been stressed and felt like I failed him but thank you guys so much
I had such a positive experience here and am truly grateful for the kindness and care shown to both me and my cat.
My cat has had a large lump on his arm for some time, and I came in feeling very anxious and worried. The staff took the time to examine him thoroughly and explained everything clearly and honestly. They reassured me that he is otherwise healthy and that the lump can be removed through a cosmetic surgery if we choose to move forward, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
