I really like Dr Pan. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like he really listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed when I take my kitty to see him (and I’ve been taking him a lot since Dec 2023 bc he is battling FIP).The reception staff is friendly.My only issue is that there seems to be long wait times even when you’re in the exam room . This clinic seems very busy so I wonder if there’s a staff shortage (or maybe bc the doctors talk thoroughly to each client as I mentioned above). I’m usually there at least 2 hrs. I think I’ve only been out of there within the hr one time

This place is just absolutely wonderful.My baby kitten, Meonji was brought in here today. He started peeing less and had a bit of dirrhea in his stool due to (speculation…) stress and changes in the environment. Being very worried, I started to look at all the urgent care/emergency vets near me and found this place.The reception staff and technicians are wonderful, kind, and attentive. They don’t force treatments and gives a kind explanation of why this might be needed and ultimately you get to call what you want to be done. Taking my cat to Santa Monica veterinary group was the best choice I made for her. The team there was able to figure out the cause of her hair loss and treat it in one visit. The doctors and staff are amazing! They also do urgent care which is unheard of in the city. Highly recommend coming here!
