This is a wonderful caring practice. The vet is very caring and explains exactly what is going on and what treatment is available. She is also cognizant that it can be costly so offers a priority for the different components of the treatment. You can tell customers have been coming a long time and are happy when you meet them on the waiting room. I highly recommend.
Nini and the team were exceptionally professional, caring, knowledgeable and skilled at handling my feral cat And making her feel safe. She and my other cat are currently being boarded there and I feel very confident that they will be well cared for.
It was our first visit to Hillcrest and everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs and especially the Vet were so warm, welcoming & wonderful. The Dr listened to my concerns, examined Georgie and then explained different options to me. I really appreciated the way she spoke to me. This office is wonderful and I’m so happy my daughter recommended it to ne.
