Led by a kind and talented professional, the company offers a range of services, from basic care to more intensive treatment. The staff is dedicated to their work and shows compassion, humor, and attentiveness to the needs of their patients. They are always available to respond to questions and concerns, and even offer in-home care, which is a big plus for many clients.
Dr Fox is easily one of the best vets in Los Angeles. The home care he gave Nova, our elderly German Shepherd mix, was better than any vet we have ever been to for her.
More importantly as we are moving to Hawaii, he greatly helped us with the entire process and made the transition as smooth as possible. Nova is currently in her new home in Hawaii all thanks to Dr. Fox!
No response received after emailing and calling as a potential new client. I don't have anything to base their review on accept the fact that I never was contact after my attempts.
It's been awhile since my last review of Dr. Fox so a quick update. Dr. Fox took care of both my older cats until the very end. Sadly last September he had to come over to help my girl cross over the Rainbow Bridge. This month he did the same for my boy. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Fox. He is such a kind and talented man. He cares about both your pets and their families. I can not recommend him enough!
