First time visiting for medical services for a new job. The experience was great. From the front desk to the staff behind the doors to the exam room. Most comfortable I've been in any doctors appointments.
I had a fractured wrist bone. Arrived about 2pm on a Monday. Only one other patient ahead of me. Used medicare insurance. It took 30 min to see Anne a NP, another 20 for x-rays. Anne called me with prelimunary results. Apparently images are uploaded into the portal for viewing.
Very professional clean office,was helped right away,took my insurance cards,saw a nurse and was very good did what I needed,yes looks like I have a new place to go for some of my needs.
