Eryka is wonderful. I went for the first time and did not have to wait in line at all. The people were very attentive and easy to talk to and very professional. I am so happy that I found this place and I will definitely return whenever I have any medical problems.

I put 4 stars because of two things. I broke my foot joint meaning I need above ankle boot, to help immobilize ankle. I got the boot below ankle. And the video relay interpreter on video wasn’t set up very well. Need to improve it with a better physical laptop set up. So I can be fully seen.
We had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment we arrived, the entire medical staff was patient, compassionate, and attentive. The medical assistants took their time with us, answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.
