The plumber arrived on time and spent about an hour identifying that the garbage disposal was jammed with a foreign object, which he carefully removed before testing it to ensure everything was in working order.
I was quoted a reasonable fee for water heater repair, and the plumber identified a faulty thermostat which he replaced in under an hour. Compared to my previous experience with another company that required multiple visits, this resolution felt efficient and thorough.
From the moment they arrived, their expertise was evident. The team worked efficiently, and within an hour, my new water tank was up and running. Impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.
