When our water heater suddenly burst the day before Thanksgiving here in Upland, he arrived right away and replaced it with a better unit at a lower price than other quotes we received. Great customer service and communication. Spoke with Janice. She was unable to set up service the same day. My water heater got fixed the following day. Water heater got replaced with new parts. Thank God they had the parts needed. I highly recommend Cal-State Plumbing.
