This studio has dramatically changed my body composition, what I see in the mirror, and how I see my body in my minds eye. When I first started my form was heinous, and I could only do about half the class - if that. Now I go 4 times a week and I look forward to it every single time. I can do almost all of the class, and my balance and body awareness has improved so significantly. I thought I would never be able to balance on the machines due to a vision disorder, but Kaci helped me identify where I could improve my posture/build muscle to correct my balance... and it worked like magic. I love this place. Everyone was so kind and helpful to me when I first started. It felt intimidating at first, but I just kept going, and now I just feel like another pilates girlie going to class. I love rockit pilates“

After dreading the process from other locations, Kenny made this one the easiest I've ever experienced. Everything was done extremely fast and efficiently. If considering relocating to this location, give Kenny a shout. I'd sign up for a ton more if everything was as easy as my experience here.“

“Dr Kim was very patient, compassionate, and understanding. She was thorough in her questions and very willing to address any concerns that I had, even asking if I had a fear of needles. She explained the procedure and reassured me that I shouldn't feel a lot of pain, however, if I did, to notify her immediately. The most important reason I gave 5 Stars is because her treatment worked. My shoulder pain is completely gone, my back pain is mostly gone, and she explained I needed 1 more session to complete the treatment. Dr Kim even identified an issue that I didn't mention, which was pain in my hip area. She took away the pain in that area too.“
