My husband and I have been coming here for 5 months now and absolutely love it! The infrared benefits are phenomenal from detoxification, glowing skin, better sleep, no muscle pain and losing weight. My husband and I have lost 25lbs each in 5 months. Friendly owners and staff, definitely are members for life. Place is always clean and so easy to book on the app. For our working schedules, the 24/7 access is great!

I have just joined the HOTWORX in Media, PA and I absolutely love it so far! The staff was wonderful and so informative I didn't feel pressured to join after my 1st free session, I workout a lot and always looki for a new approach and this is exactly what my body and mind needs! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a different more beneficial way to exercising!

I definitely recommend this place. It's so clean, parking is so easy & the staff are so kind. I was only suppose to do the Free Trial, but i signed up right away bec. i saw the extraordinary benefits of the workouts. Cycling & Rowing inside an Infrared Sauna feels so great. Also, the price is very reasonable. Try it!
