The gym is clean and well-maintained, but some members have experienced issues with the air conditioning and pool temperature. Despite these setbacks, the staff, such as Kenny, provide exceptional service, making the membership process fast and efficient. However, the gym's operating hours, which close at 8pm on Fridays and 5pm on weekends, may not meet the expectations of some members.

The air conditioning in the room for yoga has been broken for a long time which makes it too hot. It hasn't been fixed for months. The pool temperature is cold and they are not paying attention to it either.

The gym is clean and never too packed but the hours are horrible. The crowd is older 50+ which is fine no "influencers" taking pictures like other equinox. MAJOR CONS: - Closes at 5pm on weekends for the price this is insane!!! Not worth the price I work from 7am- 6pm most day so by the time I get there it's like 45 minutes to work out. - Also every other day they should close at least at 10pm not 9pm - The sauna also closes 30 minutes prior to the gym closing which is not fair as the gym already closes early

Moved down to the PV area recently and had to switch gyms. Reached out to Equinox in Palos Verdes and was connected with Kenny to help get setup with a membership. After dreading the process from other locations, Kenny made this one the easiest I've ever experienced. Everything was done extremely fast and efficiently. If considering relocating to this location, give Kenny a shout. I'd sign up for a ton more if everything was as easy as my experience here.
