I loooove this Pilates studio!! Lacey is phenomenal as well as other teachers. There are variety of exercises and classes one can take. From non existing core Lacey and her teachers made me believe that I am very strong in just a few months! On top of that for the first time in my life, I've done a head stand and that is only due to my core being strengthen through the workouts at this amazing studio!

I think we've all been in that spot where we want to try something new but it's scary to overcome imposter syndrome or put yourself out there, especially when it relates to fitness and moving your body. Peninsula Pilates is the place to NOT be nervous! Lacey is the sweetest, most welcoming person ever and will make you feel safe and supported from the moment you walk in the door. I'd only taken a single class before coming here and I love the way that after a reformer class I feel like I've engaged muscles I don't usually use. Highly recommend!!

I had a great first few sessions with Lacey. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt welcomed and encouraged. I previously had a less than stellar experience at another pilates studio nearby that left me feeling intimidated to try again. Lacey put me at ease, and was really positive. I like the size of the studio with the maximum of 5 reformers/people per class. Because of the small class size, Lacey is able to immediately give feedback and constructive adjustments. The studio is also very clean. It's a welcoming atmosphere and I've already recommended it to my friends. Can't say enough good things!
