5727 Las Virgenes Rd B, Calabasas“Had my first class here with Corey's Tuesday 6pm Rhythm Ride. It was fantastic! Corey had an amazing playlist (up to date with what's popular, but not toooooo Top 40), great energy, rode on the bike the entire time, engaged with each rider by calling out our names, and overall led a great class with good instruction. The lighting in the studio was also so fun and felt like a party. I used to work front desk at Soulcycle and usually hold a high standard for cycling studios because of that experience. However, Dig totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend!“

This is the only form of exercise that I've been able to stick to consistently ever in my life. Erika's workouts are challenging, but in just the right way. If I walked into a gym on my own I would have no idea what to do, how much weight to lift, etc. Erika guides you through each session and meets you exactly where you are at and pushes you to get stronger. She is organized & methodical and I appreciate her thoroughness and advance planning for each week. I really have a lot more I can say, but I think nothing speaks louder than the number of consistent clients she's had that have been training with her even longer than I have. I was maxxing out my front-squats and I couldn't handle the weight and the barbell had fallen and bounced, and then bounced again on my head which killed me. Your trainer here, Hunter, then came, and with one arm, picked up the barbell and moved it. He had then resurrected me with a simple tear and I came back to life. I gave him the biggest hug and was astounded by this work! Will be here again!“

I attend both mat and reformer pilates classes at least 3x/weekly via Class Pass and I keep coming back to Better Body for a consistent, well-rounded workout! Classes are challenging and there is a focus on appropriate form, which sometimes gets lost in group environments. I appreciate how the instructors provide real-time feedback to prevent any injuries, as well as modifications if needed. Mari has been in business for over 20 years and there's a clear reason why! Can't wait for my next class.“

32123 Lindero Canyon Rd #222, Westlake Village“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.“

The gym equipment is plentiful, varied and in good working order. The pool looks really nice to do laps and the cycling class seemed well attended.“
