Wonderful mismanagement. There was some miscommunication about a training which initially was very frustrating but the management really cared to make up for it. Thank you!! Made me feel very good. Seems like they really care about their members. Very family friendly.

The most amazing yoga studio I've been to... and I owned a yoga studio for 18 years! Teachers are incredible, well prepared, organized, kind & compassionate. I love the yummy variety of classes- the Yin/Vin Sound bath & Yin Restore are out of this world! The space is gorgeous, clean & well supplied with an array of props. Come prepared to be nourished, nurtured & transformed in the best possible ways.

My sister introduced me to Hot Yoga Sculpt and now I am hooked. I drive from Orange County for Ladan's class on Sunday mornings. It's been an incredible addition to my fitness program. Not only does it challenge me beyond description.... I feel more flexible, confident and my muscle tone has improved. The way Ladan leads with intention, pushes us to our limits and then closes with spirit centering and self empowerment and love.... Has truly enriched my life. My body feels so capable. Plus, Wyco is a beautiful place to be. Pristine and clean with generous amenities like lockers with code entry, hair ties, mints, towels, mats and even chilled towels to close.
