The manager helped me when I needed a tutorial on a machine and was sure to offer me a complimentary appointment with a trainer. They push you just the right amount, making it fun rather than intimidating. I’ve only recently gotten into weight lifting and they’ve got me feeling confident enough to keep coming back!
