Daily Breath Pilates

I have been a client of Daily Breath Pilates since 2016. The studio is very clean and is a small, comfortable space. The reformers are beautiful and well maintained. It feels like a family environment since many of the same clients and instructors have been there for years.The instructors are all wonderful and most have been with Daily Breath since the studio opened. They are so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging and enjoyable with a lot of variety. I have been taking zoom pilates classes with Renata of Daily Breath Pilates a few months before having a major surgery on my ankle in order to strengthen myself. Once I had my cast removed, I returned to taking classes, these classes are fantastic for stretching, strengthening and balance of the whole body.The consistency and convenience of live classes from home with an experienced, knowledgeable and wonderful person have been instrumental to my full recovery!Renada is amazing, she does the workout with us, so its easy to follow. Because of Daily Breath Pilates I am stronger feel great!
