My son is learning here, he likes the environment and all the great stuff he is learning. Above all he is having fun. He is a good teacher and I use to go watch fights at this Gym. I recommend this place to others that like to learn something exciting and fun.

I love this place, a home away from home. I've been here for 3-5 years. If you're looking for a place to learn self defense, than this is the place to be. Kru Ken offers, BJJ/Sambo, boxing, kick boxing. There are also classes to build endurance and cardio if combat sports is not for you. Also a great fit for kids with emphasis on safety and breaking down moves to learn and develop.

A no BS MMA gym with an amazing coach and great athletes and fighters as training partners. Kru Ken is a rare coach who can take someone new to striking or grappling and bring them into the combat arts, or take a seasoned fighter and give them a place to hone their skill. Would give six stars of possible.
