“As a commercial property manager, finding a reliable flat roof contractor is tough. We needed a full TPO membrane installation over a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Nema Roofing capitalized on the current clear weather to get the job done ahead of schedule. Their crew was fast, adhered strictly to commercial safety standards, and expertly heat welded every seam. The reflective TPO finish has already helped lower our cooling costs inside the facility.”
“These guys are the real deal! Eli and Steven were professional, creative, and always responsive. They guided us through materials and design, and handled our master bathroom, kitchen, and guest bathroom renovation in our Los Angeles condo beautifully. Everything turned out great, and I’ll definitely use Green Star Remodeling again!”
“wow, this roofing crew really did an outstanding job from the first roof inspection to the tear-off and the finished roof work. every step of the process was handled in a professional way, and the whole team was polite, careful, and easy to work with. they stayed on schedule and made sure the job site was kept clean. i am very selective about who works on my home, especially when it comes to roofing repairs and flat roof issues, and they went beyond what i expected. the workmanship was solid, and it was clear they knew how to handle a tricky roof transition that had been causing a leak. they took the time to explain the problem and made me feel confident that the repair was being done the right way. when the leak became urgent during heavy rain, marc came out quickly and got it stopped right away. that kind of fast response meant a lot to me. after that, the crew returned to fully seal and finish the repair without me having to keep calling or checking in, which showed great follow-through and dependable service. cole kept me updated through the entire project and made communication simple from start to finish. it is hard to find a roofing company that shows up when they say they will, does quality roof work, and follows through without added stress. if you need reliable roofing service for your home, i would absolutely recommend them.”
