“We moved into a new home and had two fireplaces/chimneys that needed some 'help.' The team at Eco Grizzly came out, gave a great assessment and helped me break it into a manageable multi-step plan to achieve everything I need on budget. Staff is super responsive and knowledgable and services were on time and smooth! Highly recommend.”
“Brandon and Oz and their team are amazing! Everything about our experience was high quality, from the work itself to the communication along the way.
The pipes for our pool were super old, so we needed to get them replaced to minimize leaks. As part of that, the pool was also re-plastered, with new drainage added, and we got new waterline tiles and coping. We also had the concrete around the pool redone with new pavers and added more drainage there as well.
Encore clearly care so much about delivering a great experience and result. They checked in regularly and really made sure that everything went perfectly every step of the way. Brandon was so helpful in giving us advice about things we didn't consider for proactively guarding against flooding issues, and worked with us to find all kinds of options for materials for our exact needs.
Their crew also always showed up on time and consistently did extremely high quality work.
We couldn't ask for a better experience, and we absolutely plan to use them again for anything else we need!”
“This is a stand up company that will take care of you. Jose and his team were great. I had roofing done a few years back and they did a good job and no leaks through some very rainy seasons. Also gave me a price far better than other quotes and no high pressure sales tactics. But what really set them apart for me was the skylight. I had to two skylights replaced. One of the skylights got broken and they replaced it without charging an installation cost. A year later it happened again and they came out on Christmas Eve and tarped it up and sure enough they offered to replace it without charging installation. Bad luck but they stuck with me as the break was not due to installation. Did my research and got polycarbonate this and very hopeful this will withstand whatever comes its way.”
