Udi was honest and knowledgeable about his work and he helped me understand the process of a roof replacement. It was a great experience from start to finish.When you spend a huge amount on a renovation you already stress about the money and the last thing you want to do is stress about the work. Udi was part of the job the entire time, every day, every moment . He was at my house each day to ensure everything went according to plan. He even noticed an issue with materials and had a Lyft pick up the correct materials from the supplier to ensure the job was still on time.Eclipse never let me down even when we had a small rain event during my roof demo. I texted Udi at 5 am and he rushed over with a crew to put plastic on my roof in the dark. “Absolutely amazing contractor, so trustworthy and communicative. Yosi is one of a handful of contractors we interviewed for the work we wanted to do on our home, and thank god we selected him. He was so helpful in guiding us every step of the way. From selecting material, to understanding the overall process, he gave us the appropriate level of advice and guidance. Different from other companies, Yosi is the owner and the project manager, so you really have white glove service at every turn, and he makes the time for you, despite the size of your project (I know ours was relatively small compared to other jobs he had). “Had a new roof applied last year and when it leaked this year I was told the gutters are bad and I needed a gutter guy. Called Rain Gutter Pros and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful and got out to our commercial property at his earliest availability. After coming into the building and going up on the roof with me - he advised that the issue is a bad gutter and a skylight that would be like surgery to do. He advised we try an adhesive to coat the gutter and the surrounding skylight to see if that will solve our issue before going the much more invasive route. Although it wouldn't be something he could assist with he wanted to be honest and give me much cheaper potential solution to try before contracting out the entire removal and replacement.
