“I used yelp to contact Eco Grizzly to service my chimney. I needed a chimney, top damper and an inspection and thorough cleaning. Moishe contacted / texted me in less than five minutes. He asked all the right questions and we set up an appointment to begin. Their inspector came out in a couple of days and did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done to the Chimney. Eco Grizzly pricing seemed reasonable to me so I scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come out in two weeks. They were able to come out earlier than expected and I was happy about that. They did a terrific job of installing the damper top and reconditioning the insulation of the fire box in about three hours. I will schedule a yearly cleaning with this company because I trust their work.“

They came to our house to estimate the repair of two roof leaks in our garage that were caused by brittle and torn underlayment, broken cement roof tiles and cracked roof valley flashing. They provided a detailed estimate of the the work and materials required, scheduled the job to accommodate our schedule and completed the repair over 2 days. They removed all roof tiles 3 feet in either direction of the leaking valleys, removed the old underlayment and valley flashing, and replaced any damaged or rotted wood decking. Their work was clean and thorough and they were fair and honest. You really can't ask for anything more from professional contractors.“

“After interviewing 8 companies, we chose Ca. Skyline to remodel a master bath. Some companies tell you they've been in business a long time--but always check their license for 1) how long in business? and 2) do they carry workmen's compensation? If they don't present you with the legally required "buyer's remorse" clause--run the other way. One company gave a lower price and said they could complete the work in one day. That's ridiculous--and the lack of quality we would have had to live with. One thing we noticed, and this is important: the workers for Skyline worked confidently--and were happy. We made various aesthetic decisions along the way--and often got valuable input. A worker suggested adding a towel bar which he modified and attached to a cabinet. Last minute water filters were added at no extra charge. Head crewman Biblioni was masterful in his craftsmanship throughout. A separate company installed our custom-made shower door. Their representative said they often find sloppy work that makes their job harder--this one was done with less than 1/16 in difference from top to bottom (more than acceptable) and grout lines were straight and evenly filled. Many companies offer to do work without getting inspections along the way. If you have problems later, insurance companies will not pay if there were not proper inspections. Be smart about it. Be even smarter and use a company with experienced workers instead of ones who hire new workers every time. Our bathroom is great.“

“Our roof was over 25 years old and leaks had developed in the bathroom. We obtained a few estimates and contacted Preferred Roofing. Preferred Roofing replaced roofs for two other members of my family. Zach/Preferred Roofing came out to the house, examined the roof and explained our options. After we signed the contract, the project began approximately 2 months later (mainly due to my schedule). Project Manager Aaron was easy to work with and the project took approximately 4 days. The workers were very polite and cleaned up every day. City Inspector passed the work and noted the installers did a great job (how often do you hear that from a city inspector?).
