In the past, I've felt lost and overwhelmed with the idea of replacing our roof!! But the time had come, as it was leaking and inefficient and one of our rooms was terribly hot. We needed a roof so badly and we could not wait a moment longer. I feel so LUCKY and GRATEFUL to have met Osh and SoCal Green Roofing!!! He was never pushy, always immediately responsive, THE BEST PRICE for the most professional job!!! Always clean, on time, focused on the job and getting it done to our total satisfaction. I'm so happy to be over this hurdle with zero drama, and I had 100% confidence the entire time. Osh who was our project manager - he was patient without ever being pushy and would always calmly explain every detail of our job and gave us excellent ideas to get that one hot room on par with the rest of the house. He responds instantly 100% of the time. Osh would not finish until we were happy with every single detail. Our house was fully registered with a warranty sent to us from Owens Corning within 24 hours of our final payment! It's all paid for and we always felt like we were getting the best deal. I know because we had other companies bid the job as well. There was something calm & sure about Osh and boy did we make the right choice. He also does this amazing drone fly over and gave us proud before and after shots of the property. Outstanding job from start to finish - we were thrilled with SoCal Green Roofing. David responded to our call right away and came right over to give us a quote. His quote was very reasonable, and he also gave us a lot of information and background, showing that he really knew what he was doing and he knew a lot about roofing, including the work and the materials. For each day of service, his crew showed up right on time, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. It went well. It took a while to begin the process since it was during the most busy time of the year. The owner, David Paine, was very helpful and explained the whole process. I had asked him to do his best to schedule the start date I needed and he did what he could. He got pretty close to the date. David has been doing this for years and years. His crew was there early and the job was done in the time David said it would be finished. No complaints. David's sidekick, Aron, was very helpful too. Aron came over after the job was done so we could inspect the job. All was good except the crew only put on 3 vents and I had paid for 4. They installed the 4th one, no problem.
