His pricing was fair and reasonable, and he was always open to discussing options and ideas with us. He communicated with the city repeatedly to keep the permit application and building inspections on track, which took a big weight off our shoulders. We really like the quality of the work performed by his crew. The team—Rudy, Josue, Efren, and the many others—were respectful, hard-working, and always accommodating to our (and our one-year-old's) needs. They kept the construction site and surround tidy throughout, which was a huge relief.
