“Ray was a great technician and a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home, and communicated clearly throughout the service. He was very solution-oriented and even made a great suggestion for my sink drainer that I hadn’t considered. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I’ll definitely contact Flood Plumbing again in the future for my plumbing needs.”
“We recently had a nasty sewer issue at our house. It was a highly unusual problem- the first several plumbers were all stymied (and charged us) but with no resolution. My wife and I were getting extremely frustrated. We have young children and couldn't use the facilities. A neighbor suggested we call Mainline and we are so happy we did. It was a Saturday late afternoon but Cesar and Richard came out quickly. They got to work and within a few hours it was resolved and the charge was extremely reasonable. We're so glad we found Mainline Plumbing and will use them always.”
“Super great service from Gary and his team today! Good communication via text/mobile and showed up on time. Was extra conscientious about making sure I looked through the pipe camera and understood his assessment of the job at hand. All work took an even shorter amount of time than he anticipated. Very satisfied and deserved of this 5 star rating! -R”
