“We are working on a new construction house and wanted a certified American Standard dealer / technician to evaluate the job that had been done and the equipment we would need. Dean ( the prez) came out from Killowatt (within one hour of my phoning him) . He spent a full hour evaluating every nuance of the job / and flagged elements that turned out to be missing and critically important. He was truly knowledgeable and solved so many problems that I am truly grateful . And then he waived the nominal consulting fee we had agreed to in advance of his visit .
