“When it rains, it pours! First my shower valves had to be replaced, then a few days later both toilets in my house backed up. HQP came to my house SO FAST and both times completed the job beyond my expectations. They were friendly, quick, and even got along with our small dogs. “I had an underground gas leak that no one could pinpoint the location of, including my regular plumber and the gas company. Tip Top brought out their gas detection expert (third-party) who found the leak within 15 minutes. I was worried it would be super expensive, but Tip Top gave me a very fair price for repairing the line (under concrete), installing an isolation valve, and doing a concrete patch. The team showed up on time the next morning, fixed the problem, and left everything clean and looking great, including the patched concrete. Everyone who came out - Mike, Izaiah, and team - was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tip Top again and to recommend their work to others.“
