“This business is the best!!!!! I do NOT trust anyone with my pets, especially my cat, who is very skittish and loves being alone. Unexpectedly I had to find a place for her for 3 weeks after my apartment flooded and.I had used them before for a weekend and they were phenomenal .
I also had my friend's dog with me as I was watching him during this time as a favor as well. So I was stuck trying to find a place to board two sensitive animals at the last minute.

The moment I called, they put me at ease and made room for me. I was so relieved and grateful. Not to mention the dog had tons of space in a safe environment and they have an outdoor area for pets to relax and play. They even had lots of lounge chairs for the dogs to rest on. It's a paradise for pets that even most humans don't get to experience. I was jealous and wanted to stay there myself, haha!!

They are also extremely watchful of the animals, I observed them with other pets and knew they were in the right caring hands.

He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable. The workers were friendly and nice and verified what I wanted done prior to taking her back. They were upfront about pricing and accurate about how long it would take. “What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.

“been coming here since 2023 when I lived down the street and still come now living I Hollywood. My dog isn't the easiest to groom as he's a big diva but Brian does the job right EVERY time. He not only takes the time to get to know my dog, but he also shows my alpha doggo who's boss which is very necessary for a dog like him lol. He also stays smelling good for a month which is ideal.
