“There are not enough stars in the Universe for the folks at Waggin Tails! They are absolutely the most caring and wonderful group of people. I took my 14 year old female GSD there and they made special arrangements to get her in and out quickly so less stress on her and despite the fact that she pooped all over the place, they are still willing to have her back again. “I have a small Pomeranian and we used a traditional vet. The vaccines and food were causing him to lose over 50% of his fur. iPet Care Vet spent time with us explaining what is the root cause and came up with a plan. She said my goal is to never see your dog again. Which is the correct goal. Unlike a regular vet who wants to keep seeing you for more money and never fix the issue. iPet Care's treatment plan took a couple of months. We changed the food to Bones and Co meat, used the liquid collagen and started probiotic yogurt from iPet Care. Within 6 months his beautiful fur is almost all grown back. He is soft and his fur is full. Everyone keeps asking my wife and I how we did it. We stopped letting a traditional vet poison him and changed to better food. He is doing great and I suspect in the next few months all his fur will regrow. He only has one spot left but 90% of his fur is back. Thank you iPet Care for giving us our beautiful dog back.“

“What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.

“Rigo was helpful getting me registered for my pup's registration and was great explaining what to expect for my pup's first play day. He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable. I look forward to Sitka's next playdate!“

The grooming so did the bath and hair cut was super nice and took the time to listen to how I want my miniature poodle to have his hair cut. His haircut looks perfect. And for my small dog she had a great bath and deshedding 10/10 would recommend this place. Love how its cage free too, it was their first time and love how they treated them.
