The service is great and staff are professional, respectful, and kind to our pups. I don't write too many reviews, but BSB genuinely has been such a great experience for myself and my pups. The prices are reasonable considering the services and amount of time they truly take to do a great job. I leave their appointments feeling so excited for my dogs because of how much more comfortable they appear after leaving their appointment smelling delicious and soft fur. “My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.“
