“The only person I trust to groom my cat. Always kind and takes her time with even just getting the kitty out of the crate or getting my kitty back in for pick up. Never had any issues and I will only go to her for my cat’s grooming. Anyone who says she’s rude has genuinely no idea what they are talking about. With several of my dogs. She has done an amazing job And her staff is very warm and friendly. Both my dogs are currently 16 years old and doing well and if they have an issue, she always gets them in as needed. Her facility is clean and they always explain things very clearly.
