I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country.
