I went in for a visit on 6/21/23 I was greeted with a smile from Perla and Catherine...btw great costumer service !! Anyways I did have an appointment but there was no waiting at all I was roomed quick. Perla took my vitals and listens to the reason for my visit got Greta bedside manners. Then I got checked by the provider Henry ....again great customer service! Henry listened to my concern's and evaluated me and gave me medication for my ear. I will be coming back again thank you for a great experience!

I came in for a physical and a tb test right after work around 5pm just because it's so close to home. The front desk was very nice and sweet, she explained the pricing to me since I didn't have insurance and was helpful. The only thing was that I did have to wait almost 45 min to be seen. But once I was in a room, the doctor came right in and she was very sweet and kind. She addressed my issues and concerns and was able to carry the conversation (unlike the old doctors who say nothing) then I was on my way since I had already paid. If you aren't in a rush then I say definitely come! But if you are, then I recommend making an appt or going somewhere else. Overall my experience...read full review

This Xpress urgent care is amazing! I've been to the one on Tustin and they are awful. This location however is awesome they always greeted me and they are very kind to me when I come in with my children (SAHM). I also like the sped and service they give me! It's fast and easy. I always appreciate that. Best urgent care around! Also the doctors are great too! I saw 3 so far here and all were amazing!
