Renee responded very quickly to my skunk problem, reported by my tenants in Temple City. The technician is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about pests and their behavior. He went under the rental property and gave me a very thorough report of his findings. He remedied the problems areas and gave my tenants a peace of mind, knowing that a pro has inspected the Premises and put in place preventative measures to keep out future pests. Rene, Lindsey and his team were amazing! Got woken up to the sounds of rats in my attic at 3am Saturday morning and they came later that same day to assess the situation. They closed all entry points so the rats could not come into the attic and set up all the traps and I have not heard anything in my attic since they came. Rene was even able to find a hiding dead rat in my attic! Not only were they very knowledgeable and professional but they showed me photos of all the broken tiles on my roof and let me know what was going on up there, so I was able to fix the broken tiles before a bunch of rain came the following week and saved me from significant water leaking damage....read full review
