Jorge was great! He gave us a call when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough with his inspection of the house and didn't get rattled when one of our dogs greeted him a little too enthusiastically. Jorge spent time showing me areas that had evidence of termites, and he went over the estimate completely. He never seemed in a rush or impatient with our questions and acted professionally the entire time. Due to the extensive repairs needed, I am going to get a couple more quotes, but Jorge made us feel comfortable if we end up using Admiral.
Salvador was incredible once again. He always takes the time to ask if there are any new bug or gopher problems at the residence So that he can target those problem area specifically. We are fortunate to have Salvador servicing our residence. Please relay this to him.
