We had used another company for rodent exclusion but in less than a month after the service, we continued to see activity. The competitor told us that the exclusion service was not for mice and wanted to charge for follow up visits to resolve the problem. The competitor agreed to come two more times and then told us we had no more rodents. We continued to find droppings, and after installing cameras, saw mice. We then contacted Premium to help us eradicate the rodents. Joel sealed up entry points not found by his competitor and some entry points identified by his competitor but needed to be resealed as the wire had not been secured. Joel has been very reliable, thorough and honest. He stands by his word and is dedicated to making sure our house is rodent-free. We highly recommend using Premium!
