“I absolutely love Prolase, and Lisa is a huge reason why! The location is so convenient for me, the space is always beautiful and welcoming, but Lisa truly makes every appointment something I look forward to.
She honestly feels like my bestie at this point 😂 She’s so warm, sweet, and easy to talk to, while also being incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate how much care she takes with my skin and my face. She always explains exactly what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, what products she’s using, and what I should or shouldn’t be doing at home. I never feel like she’s rushing through an appointment or just trying to sell me something—her recommendations always feel genuinely tailored to my skin and what I actually need.
I also love that I can ask her a million questions and she always takes the time to answer them and make sure I’m comfortable. I completely trust her with my face, which says A LOT! 😂
