I absolutely love Prolase, and Lisa is a huge reason why! The location is so convenient for me, the space is always beautiful and welcoming, but Lisa truly makes every appointment something I look forward to.

She honestly feels like my bestie at this point 😂 She’s so warm, sweet, and easy to talk to, while also being incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate how much care she takes with my skin and my face. She always explains exactly what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, what products she’s using, and what I should or shouldn’t be doing at home. Nurse Naieri, provided a great service to me & my daughter. She was very gentle and explains the procedure well. My daughter did not complain of any discomfort since it was her first time to get laser hair removal. It was great experience for my daughter. We will definitely go back again.
