We had a lovely chat on the phone prior to my visit and then, before starting the facial, she really dissected my needs and concerns, recommending different things, but not 'selling' me on products. The facial itself was so relaxing, the massage pressure was perfect and I'm certain I snoozed as I was so relaxed. My skin looks amazing- glowing, and super hydrated and I got some great suggestions for my rosacea and hyperpigmentation! I even completed a course of laser hair removal so as to not deal with the lack of this particular service for men, and I wish I had met Gwen before I did! Gwen is a professional esthetician, and she made me feel safe and comfortable. She understood the skin issues related to my experience with laser hair removal, and talked me through the steps to remove any concern or doubt. Her studio was clean, her waxing service was quick and efficient, and her prices were reasonable. Excellent communication ahead of the appointment and parking was easy to find, too. “The service is nice here. You go in and they have a tub of hot water for your feet to soak and little bowls for your hands. The chair massages your back as they cut and file your nails, trim your cuticles and paint your nails. Everything was very clean and sanitized and the ladies wore gloves as they warmly massaged my hands, arms and feet. I didn't wear sandals so they provided me some flip flops to give the paint time to dry. Great experience!Services: Manicure“

“Love this salon! I’ve tired so many different salons in the area and this is the only one where the quality, attitudes, and customer service is top notch. It’s super cute, clean, comfortable, and the music is always so relaxing. I’ve been coming here for about a year and half now . Everyone is super welcoming and nice. They also recently got brand new spa chairs with amazing massage settings. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is finding parking so just make sure to arrive early to figure it out .“
