“Walked in around 11am on a Friday for a gel pedicure + regular manicure with gel removal. The ladies were so friendly accommodating. I chose a pink color and the woman (I believe who may be the owner) noticed that the actual color in the bottle didn’t really match the swatch completely and suggested a different shade that was more accurate to what I wanted.

Both ladies working on my toes and nails had a great attention to detail while still being gentle and efficient. $85 for both services combined, paid via Venmo. In and out within an hour.

One of those rare experiences that is just so good from beginning to end. The space is clean and beautiful. Easy to access off the 101 with a private parking lot behind the building.The space and Kathryn's professional attention is all yours while you're there. Kathryn is the perfect blend of direct and very-detail oriented while also being incredibly warm and a joy to be with. The facial was tailored to exactly what my skin needed and she talked me through each thing she was doing and why. Kathryn has over 25 years of experience and you can feel it when you're there. She answered questions I had and was wonderful to refer me to several things she thought might benefit me that she does not offer (i.e. only offered in medical offices) -- which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that when I mentioned certain products I already use, she acknowledged when they were good formulations rather than trying to sell me something else. It feels good to know that if she offers me something it is because she truly believes it would be of service to my skin. I even completed a course of laser hair removal so as to not deal with the lack of this particular service for men, and I wish I had met Gwen before I did! Gwen is a professional esthetician, and she made me feel safe and comfortable. She understood the skin issues related to my experience with laser hair removal, and talked me through the steps to remove any concern or doubt. My eyelash and hair Duo are located in this particular location.The parking lot is quite small. I don't really ever have a problem finding parking except for one time, and even then I. was able to secure a street spot. People are always going and coming.One Day I actually took a quick self Guided tour of the IMT apartments. If I was single I would definitely have caught me in one bedroom. Because I loved the layout and the apartment vibe. Unfortunately, i'm not single, so I'll continue to live in my home.“
