“We found Thai Lotus Healing Spa...through Yelp, actually and the reviews were pretty accurate. They are located on Ventura Blvd., on a nondescript block where the only noticeable business was a McDonald's. By the signs, they do have complimentary parking located in the rear of the building, however since we went on a Sunday, we parked right in front of the storefront. Inside, it's cleaner and more serene than most Thai or Asian massage places in the valley. One can be pretty certain that this place is legitimate and clean. The waiting little waiting area is well decorated and refined. In the back, it's a giant room that's separated by curtains, which seems to offer them the flexibility to the space for singles or couples. The massage beds are interesting in that it looks like a torture machine with bars overhead, but those are actually the bars they use for the Thai style massages where they walk on your back. Regarding the massage, I would say they are above average in comparison to other spas and facilities located in the valley. Pressure was good to great to painful, but that's all based on preference. You don't for a minute feel uncomfortable and unlike a lot of places, they are not talking to each other in their native tongue while giving you a massage. That I really appreciated. Overall, for the cost and the services offered, I would recommend Thai Lotus Healing Spa and personally will go back to try other types of massages on offer.“
“First time classpass user and I'm so glad I went with Wendy Gerrish Wellness. Booked a 60 min. custom massage with Kaori. EXCELLENT MASSAGE. I workout a lot (weight-lifting, basketball) and had a lot of tightness in my neck and back. Kaori went to town and worked on all the knots and stiffness I was feeling. She was also constantly checking in to make sure pressure and everything was good (I like firm, deep-tissue style massages; which is exactly what I got) 5 stars for Kaori and I will definitely be coming back.“

“There were three methods Sharon used that I felt were so incredibly healing. First she would push slowly up the calf. Then around the shoulder blades and also back of the neck. It was obvious I had a lot of stress there stored as knots. The special techniques she used specially around my shoulder blades and the back of the neck felt so incredibly pleasurable it was just transcendent. As a member of their membership program for about two years, I can attest to the value and benefits it brings. This spa has become my go-to place for recharging and unwinding, thanks to a gift certificate from a friend that introduced me to this gem. Since my first visit, I've been "hooked" and look forward to my visits every month. I just wish I could afford to go once a week.
