dr LASER is my go to for laser, especially the SKR they offer which saved my face from pigmentation issues (melasma), helped clear my back acne and even led to the removal of the sun spots on my chest. This is no small feat, as I was avoiding wearing v-neck tops until now and never had even skin tone, and as a byproduct i'm much more confident due to these results! The environment is a safe space to come in and help beautify yourself! I love to come in to talk with the front desk, Brittany and hear the suggestions that Shanni, the wonderful nurse at Sherman Oaks has to say about my skin and how I can better myself. Experience was pleasant. Front desk staff were professional, kind, friendly and empathetic to my needs. Waiting area, restrooms and clinic rooms were all clean and well maintained. Would gladly return. Thanks Dr. Laser!
Fantastic customer service. Just started using them and so happy so far! It's really hard to find people that are really excellent at customer service and that's all I've experienced from everyone I've interacted with.
