“I don't usually write reviews at all, but I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Innovative Construction & Roofing for a job well done. Thanks goes out to Kevin and his crew! I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. His crew was fast and efficient and they did a quality job - replacing the flat patio roof as well as replacing some boards that had dry-rot damage. In addition, Innovative Construction & Roofing went above and beyond and fixed a couple other areas of the roof that needed attention (e.g., sealing and painting the vent stacks and adding some additional flashing). I am very pleased with their work, and am now ready for the rainy season. Yay! When the time comes to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be giving them a call. Wishing Innovative Construction & Roofing all the best!”
“I have done multiple projects with Landmark Construction, both personal and with our company. No job is too big or too small and their dedication to getting projects done on time is unique. It's been a pleasure working with Ezra many times over the last 9 years.”
